You will be leaving from Vegas as early as 09:00am in the morning, however, the final decision will be depended on your tour guide. The rides from Stratosphere opens everyday from 10:00am - 02:00am, you should be able to fit it into your schedule, especially if you do not wish to take the optional night tour with your tour guide. We could not understand your last question: I`m going to do this tour alone,is it a guide to visit las vegas in the night? However, there is a optional night tour optional for you for this tour.

The tour code USLV2-358 offer different hotel accommodations, this information is stated on each tours respective webpage. The tour only offer Grand Canyon West Rim, however the tour USLV6-2329 offers you a choice of South or West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Also note that the tour USLV6-2329 start and end in Las Vegas while the tour USLA2-358 offer a transfer to Los Angeles or you can choose to self dismiss in Las Vegas.

We can confirm the hotel for your after your tour is confirmed, the usual hotel that we book is that Holiday Inn La Mirada. Universal Studios park hours for Dec 31 are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. Please note that park schedules are subject to change as will the order of the tour, so please include a request when booking that you want to schedule Universal Studios for the last day of your tour.
The drive time from the hotel booked as part of the package to the Rose Bowl / Rose Parade is estimated at 40-50 minutes but the hotel does not provide any kind of shuttle service there so taking a taxi is advised.

An optional night tour is not usually provided in Day 1, but you can inquire with the tour escort on the first day if this can be arranged. The best and safest way to get around in Los Angeles if by taxi.
